JOB DETAILS:
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule:
– Monday – Friday
– No nights
– No weekends (*Enjoy additional pay for working on weekends, if youchoose to*)
• Hours: 30-40 hrs
• Competitive Pay
– Earn $650 up to $1,000 weekly!
– If you fit the requirements of being a team lead, you can EARN EVEN
MORE!
• Primarily residential cleanings, and occasionally commercial
WE PROVIDE:

WE’RE SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO:
• Have minimum of 1 yr of experience
• Have availability Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Possess the physical capacity for cleaning tasks (e.g., mopping, vacuuming, dusting, lift 20 lbs) (*this is a physically demanding job*)
• Are comfortable working around different types of pets
• Possess a personal smartphone for accessing company apps, essential for daily job information and team communication
• Excel in collaborative team environments
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service through established processes
• Embrace continuous learning and diverse work experiences
Preferred qualifications:
• Bilingual proficiency
• Valid Florida driver’s license
Location requirement:
• Reside within 20 minutes of Clearwater, FL, or have reliable transportation to meet the team each morning
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide top-notch housekeeping services to busy families
• Adhere to Brendel Cleaning’s high cleaning standards and proven processes
• Deliver exceptional service with care and attention to every home
• Handle each client and their belongings with the utmost respect ans care
• Demonstrate outstanding integrity and professionalism
• Deliver high-quality cleaning services in a quick and efficient manner
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt
TEAM LEAD REQUIREMENTS + RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License
• Have a clean driving record
• Be able to drive long distances
• Demonstrate digital proficiency to effectively use our proprietary app for daily operations, team communication, and task management
• Must be able to communicate with clients
• Lead your team by managing schedules and promoting safe driving practices
• Oversee basic equipment maintenance and ensure supplies are fully stocked
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and a consistent track record of punctuality
• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Brendel Cleaning with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Confidently share accurate information about our services with potential clients and offer them our business cards for easy follow-up
