Delcio and Elis, originally from Brazil, arrived in the United States in 1998, embarking on a journey that began in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. There, they explored various roles in the restaurant and hospitality industries. However, yearning for a warmer climate, they relocated to the Tampa Bay Area at the end of 1998, following a friend’s recommendation.
As they adapted to their new Florida lifestyle, Delcio worked days at a computer factory and cleaned offices at night, while Elis focused on residential cleaning. Elis’s growing client base prompted them to merge their efforts into a single business, leading to the creation of Del Cleaning in 1999, which included residential, commercial, and carpet cleaning.

…their lives were blessed with the arrival of their daughter, Brenda. Shortly after, they renamed the business Brendel Cleaning to honor their family. Over the years, Brendel Cleaning expanded significantly, driven by positive word-of-mouth and referrals. As demand for residential cleaning surged, they decided to specialize exclusively in house cleaning and began building a dedicated team. Today, Brendel Cleaning is renowned across the Tampa Bay Area for its exceptional service and meticulous cleaning.
