Welcome to our Policies Page. At Brendel Cleaning, we strive to provide exceptional
cleaning services while maintaining clear guidelines for both our clients and our
team. These policies ensure smooth operations, protect all parties involved, and help
us deliver the high-quality service you expect. Please take a moment to review our
key policies below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Charges:

● Over 72 hrs Notice: No extra cost
● 48-72 hrs Notice: Fee of 25% of your service cost
● 24-48 hrs Notice: Fee of 50% of your service cost
● Less than 24 hrs Notice: 100% of your service cost
Please note that the full service fee will be charged if:

1. You cancel on the day of your scheduled appointment
2. You are unable to provide access to your home when we arrive
3. You deny entry to our employees upon their arrival

These charges are necessary as last-minute changes make it difficult to reassign the
appointment slot.
